6月によく行われる行事の一つに、株主総会があります。

ろくがつ　に　よく　おこなわれる　ぎょうじ　の　ひとつ　に、　かぶぬしそうかい　が　あります。

General meeting of shareholders is one of the events often held in June.

日本では、約2400の会社が、3月31日に決算をします。 

にほん　では、やく　にせんよんひゃく　の　かいしゃ　が　さんがつ　さんじゅういちにち　に　けっさん　を　します。

In Japan, about 2400 corporations end their fiscal year　on March 31.

株主総会は、通常、決算終了後の3か月以内に開く必要があります。

かぶぬしそうかい　は、つうじょう、けっさん　しゅうりょう　ご　の　さんかげつ　いない　に　ひらく　ひつよう　が　あります。

General meetings of shareholders usually need to be held within 3 months after the end of each fiscal year.

したがって、毎年、多くの日本企業が、6月に株主総会を開きます。

また、経済産業省は、COVID-19の感染拡大を防ぐため、株主に、総会への出席を控えるよう促しました。

また、けいざいさんぎょうしょう　は、COVID-19　の　かんせんかくだい　を　ふせぐ　ため、かぶぬし　に、そうかい　へ　の　しゅっせき　を　ひかえる　よう　うながしました。

Also, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry suggested shareholders to refrain from attending the meetings to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

今年は、多くの日本企業の株主総会が、前例のない方法で行われることになるでしょう。

ことし　は、おおく　の　にほんきぎょう　の　かぶぬしそうかい　が、ぜんれい　の　ない　ほうほう　で　おこなわれる　こと　に　なる　でしょう。
